I am a St. Albert based photographer who loves photography. For the past two decades I have been trying to improve as a photographer.

My interest in photography was renewed in 2000 when I was introduced to digital photography. Up until that point I had been a film photographer. The ease and cost effectiveness of digital combined with three young boys was made for me. I morphed from children photos to children sports photos, to macro to fine art nude and portraiture and lately rodeo.

I learned to truly love photography as a result of attendance at the Palm Springs Photo Festival where I met some amazing photographers and artists, including Frank Ockenfels, Sandro Miller, Steven Wilkes, and Jeff Dunas.

However the photographer with the greatest impact was Greg Gorman. I have traveled the world with Greg learning about photography. Greg taught me how to sculpt strobe, constant and natural light to create the image you want. He taught me how to see and photograph faces. He taught me how to see the entire frame. Most importantly along the way I have gained a good friend. Thanks Greg :)
